Pyramid Solitaire Saga Boosters and Jewels needed for them

When you level up in Pyramid Solitaire saga, you will be given the option to use Boosters to improve your game. They can be hard to get, as you need heaps of jewels to purchase them. You can also purchase them with FB Credits if collecting gems feels to hard. The Boosters will be of great help when you have troubles advancing in the game.

Booster 1: Bonus cards

The Booster for Bonus cards is Unlocked at level 7. It gives you five more cards in the card deck.

What are the jewels needed for the +5 bonus cards booster?
10 yellow, 6 green and 1 red.

Booster 2: Extra Joker(Unlocks at lvl 18)

The Booster for an Extra Joker in Pyramid Solitaire saga is Unlocked at level 18. By using the Extra Joker Booster you get an Extra Joker to use at any time. That means that you go into a game with two Jokers instead of one. At levels with two rounds, the Extra Joker carries on to the second round, if it isn't used in the first round.
Special insight by Nancy Kit Copp: When I used both jokers in round one, I then got an extra joker in round 2 also!
When I didn’t use either of the 2 jokers in round one, I got a 4,000 point bonus for that round alone. The same thing happened in round 2. When I used the Extra Joker Bonus for the level but didn’t use it in either hand, I ended up getting an 8,000 point bonus for the level! Wow, that could be a huge help on a level where anyone is having trouble getting the points!
What are the jewels needed for the Extra Joker booster?
‎11 yellow, 5 blue and 2 red.

Booster 3: Extra time

The Booster for Extra time is Unlocked at level 22. It is supposed to add 15 seconds more time to timed levels. It has been reported though that this is malfunctioning.

What are the jewels needed for the Extra time booster?
4 yellow, 6 green and 3 purple.

Booster 4: the Multiplier

The Multiplier Booster is Unlocked at level 32. It increases your score by 20%. You see a score mark at your lower left hand in the game when the Multiplier Booster is active.

What are the jewels needed for the Multiplier booster?
‎3 blue, 5 purple and 2 diamond.

Make sure that you have unchecked the Boosters in use when first entering a new level, this way you can save them for the REAL HARD levels.

Locked cards are introduced at Level 21

Locked cards are introduced at Level 21, you need a key to unlock it,. You'll find a key strategically placed, so that it is possible to unlock the locked cards.

Diamonds aka White Jewels

This article is saved for historical reasons, the jewels are not a feature of the renewed Pyramid Solitaire Saga

The white jewels, or Diamonds as we also could call them, in Pyramid Solitaire Saga is fairly hard to get. You need to get streaks of 15, 25, 35 etc. cards to collect one of these lovely white jewels. You can collect many diamonds in the same round if you get long streaks, then you also get purple jewels! :)

You need Diamonds to create Boosters in Pyramid Solitaire Saga. The Multiplier booster takes ‎3 blue jewels, 5 purple jewels and 2 diamonds to create.

You can try out level 16, 21 and 32 to get long strikes of card matching the deck.

If you are really really keen on getting white jewels, you can use the extra joker booster to boost your streaks, the Extra joker Booster takes other jewels to create, so it sometimes is the trade you need to get to make the Multiplier Booster.

Charms in Pyramid Solitaire Saga

Charms can be of real help when you are stuck in a tricky level. Each charm gets unlocked after you complete levels. For example, The Charm of Shuffle gets unlocked at level 13. This means you will have to complete level 13 to unlock it. The Costs mentioned in this article can change as King.Com now and then adjust their prices.

Charm of Reserve

With this power-up you can save one card so that you can use it later in the game. Not much useful in my opinion. Can be used by expert Solitaire players.

Charm of Release

This can be very useful in levels where cards are chained. You can use it to free all chained cards.
Unlocks after completing Level 52. Cost FB Credits.

Charm of Unravel

One of the things in Pyramid Solitaire Saga that can make or break a game are streaks, getting many cards in a row. It allows you to remove a lot of cards at once, and boosts your score. If you are after extra points, this is an amazing way of gaining them! By using the Extra Joker Booster you can gain HUGE amounts of score and white jewels!
By connecting multiple cards without switching a deck card, you create a streak in Pyramid Solitaire Saga.
Learning to recognize potential streaks is what will help you to survive in the later levels of the game.

Howto get red jewels

Red jewels in Pyramid Solitaire Saga

You need red jewels(plus other jewels too) to make the Boosters for an extra Joker in Pyramid Solitaire Saga or/and to make the Booster that gives you 5 extra cards in your card deck.

The red jewels are random drops, you can't manufacture them. There are however some great levels for trying to cheat the random factor used to drop red Jewels

To gain red jewels fast without using boosters or loosing lives it is good to go back and play the lower levels (1-10) and hope for the red jewels to drop. Level 4, Level 13 and Level 21 have been tested by many players and seem to drop red jewels really often!

by clicking THIS LINK FOR RED JEWELS you get 300 red Jewels, the 300 red jewels are originated from the website xLuca1986x

There is also a red jewels bug, the game seems to throw heaps of red jewels in the sand, but they don't get credited to your jewel storage. The feeling when you see this happening is quite astonished though! XD

So far (July 2012) the game hasn't been hacked for jewels, so cheats to get red jewels in Pyramid Solitaire Saga is not yet available. You can buy the Boosters that you are able to create with the help of red jewels with cold cash though.

Here is a video of the red gem bug
